You can use the form on this page to send a request for an appointment.

Please allow 24 hours before requested time. 

Your appointment will be confirmed via e-mail.  Your appoinment is not officially scheduled until you receive the confirmation e-mail. 

If you do not recieve the aforementioned e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us again either by phone, e-mail or this site.

Most appointments require 1 hour and are billed by the specific service or by the hour, time is calculated in 15 minute intervals.

When requesting an appointment, please include ample information for determining the purpose of the appointment.

We will do our very best to accomodate your first appointment time preference.

Please provide 2 times in which you would like an appointment.  Available times are as follows:

Tues - 9:00am - 4:00pm

Wed - 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Thurs - 10:00pm - 7:00pm

Fri - 10:00am - 3:00pm

Saturday appointments are available the 1st Saturday of each month from 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

We are currently closed Mondays.
